PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The City of Sunbury Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a zoning code amendment to include a new zoning district. After the conclusion of the public hearing, the matter will be considered by the Commission and may be referred to the Sunbury City Council for further consideration.
The public hearing will be held in the Sunbury City Council Chambers, on the third floor of Town Hall, 51 E. Cherry Street, on September 28, 2023 at 6:30 pm.
All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and testify as to their opinions on the zoning code amendment.
A copy of the proposed zoning code amendment is available for public inspection at 9 E. Granville Street, Sunbury, Ohio 43074 and online here beginning September 13, 2023.
