Sealed proposals will be received at the Village Offices, Sunbury Municipal Building, 9 E. Granville Street, Sunbury, Ohio 43074 until 12:00 p.m. on the 28th day of February, 2020 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the
VILLAGE OF SUNBURY REFUSE COLLECTION SERVICE BID
as set forth in the specifications and bid documents (bid package) on file in the above office.
Bids mailed or otherwise submitted via the United States Postal Service (USPS) shall use the Sunbury mailing address, P O Box 508, 9 E. Granville Street, Sunbury, OH 43074. The USPS does not deliver to the building, only to the post office box.
The bid package may be obtained from the Village Offices located at the above street address from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Each bid must be made in accordance with the specifications and documents of the bid package and submitted on the proper forms contained in the bid package. Questions shall be directed to Allen Rothermel, Village Administrator, at 740-965-2684. The Village of Sunbury reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities. All bids will be considered on the basis of the lowest and best bid by the Village of Sunbury, Ohio Council.
