LEGAL NOTICE/INVITATION FOR BIDS
Pursuant to O.R.C. 721.03 the City of Sunbury will be accepting sealed proposals to lease for grain farming purposes approximately 9 acres of real estate located at Freedom Park on the north side of the Village, being the northwest portion of parcel number 41714001012000. Said lease shall be for a three-year term commencing with calendar year 2021. Bids shall be submitted on a price per acre basis. Final approval of the highest and best bidder shall be made by Sunbury City Council. The City of Sunbury reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities. Sealed bids must be submitted to Steven Pyles, Administrator on or before January 21, 2022, at 4:30 p.m. o’clock at the City of Sunbury municipal offices located at 9 E.
