The City of Sunbury Council will hold a public hearing on Parcel(s) #417-230-01-035-000, 417-230-01-034-001, and 417-230-01-034-000.  Dove Field Partners, LLC and 3B's & K Holdings, LLC are requesting to rezone the above parcels from Not Zoned to Planned Residential District (PRD).

The parcels are located along 3B's & K Road.  A copy of the rezoning application is available for public review at the Sunbury Administrative office at 9 East Granville Street, Sunbury, Ohio.

The public hearing will be held in the Sunbury Council Chambers, on the third floor of Town Hall, 51 E. Cherry St., Sunbury, Ohio on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 7:30 PM.

All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and testify as to their opinions on the rezoning.

A copy of the proposed rezoning application is also available for public inspection at 9 East Granville Street, Sunbury, Ohio and sunburyohio.org.
