  2. Public Hearing Sunbury Mills Plaza-Virtual

    September 28, 2020, 6:30 PM

    Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on Mon., Sept. 28, 2020 at 6:30 pm. Development Consulting Co. is requesting a variance from side yard setbacks to construct a car wash. A copy of the variance application is available for review at the Sunbury Administrative office at 9 East Granville St. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing virtually & testify as to their opinions. Those interested in providing their opinion in that way should send an email to spyles@sunburyvillage.com indicating their name, address & their desire to provide opinions on this matter by Sept. 25, 2020. On the subject line please use “Public Hearing – Variance”. Those that register will be sent a link for the meeting. For interested persons who are unable to testify virtually, may testify in person at the Sunbury Town Hall, 51 E Cherry St. At the conclusion of the public hearing the matter will be considered by the Sunbury Planning & Zoning Commission.

MTB Fourwinds, LLC & EMME Holdings, LLC are requesting a rezoning of 53.007 acres of parcels #4172300101600 & #4172300101700 located south of Fourwinds Court from Not Zoned to Planned Commercial District. The development plan is available for viewing on the website. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing virtually & testify on the rezoning. Those interested in providing their opinion should send an email to spyles@sunburyvillage.com indicating name, address & desire to provide opinions on this matter by Sept. 25,2020. On the subject line, use “Public Hearing – MTB”. Those that register will be sent a link.
